Conservation District Employees of Michigan (CDEM)

The Conservation District Employees of Michigan is dedicated to serving the employees of conservation districts throughout the state of Michigan. We're happy to have you join the ranks in our conservation community!

CDEM is an organization of member-elected Regional Representatives, one from each of Michigan's ten regions. Each representative serves as an advocate for you at the state level, often serving on statewide committees.

Our mission is “Empowering & Strengthening, and Representing Michigan’s Conservation District Employees.” It's quite simple really, we're here for Y-O-U, the Michigan Conservation District employee. Our goal is to strengthen Michigan Conservation District employees, thereby strengthening Michigan Conservation Districts.
